Meet the team →We help patients seeking relief for a variety of medical diagnoses and pain presentations. Each one below has its own page explaining what tends to cause it, how it behaves, and what care usually looks like at REACH.

Two people can arrive with the same label on a report and need two completely different plans. We assess how your pain actually behaves, which movements and positions change it, and what your day demands of you.
That is why every page below explains the condition in plain language before it talks about treatment. Read the one that sounds like you, then call or text if you are not sure which fits.

The most common complaint we treat. Back pain is rarely a sign something is broken and needing to be fixed. We work out how yours behaves, then apply the right tool for the job.
Back pain treatment →
Our second most common complaint, and overwhelmingly the result of postural and lifting habits. If your pain changes with movement and position, it is mechanical, and mechanical problems respond well.
Neck pain treatment →
Sharp, zapping pain down the leg that turns sitting, driving, and walking the dog into a negotiation. We find what is actually driving the symptoms and build the plan around your goals.
Sciatica treatment →
Headaches happen for many reasons, which makes the type and the cause hard to pin down on your own. Our assessment sorts that out first, so care is aimed at the right thing.
Headache relief →
Third on our list. The pain sits in the shoulder girdle, but more often than not the cause is somewhere else, or there is a second contributor feeding it.
Shoulder pain treatment →
We tend to blame the meniscus or a ligament. Structural damage is not the usual culprit, and even long-standing knee pain often improves quickly with the right care plan.
Knee pain treatment →
Tendinitis on the outer elbow is common, but lateral elbow pain is not always tennis elbow. Every nerve controlling the arm comes from the neck, so the neck gets checked too.
Elbow pain treatment →
Pain in or around the temporomandibular joint. Unless there was real trauma, an injury is an unlikely cause, so we look at how the jaw, neck, and head are working together.
Jaw pain treatment →
True carpal tunnel comes from structures at the wrist pinching the nerves that run into the hand. Plenty of wrist and hand symptoms are something else, which is why the assessment matters.
Carpal tunnel treatment →
There are several reasons an elbow starts hurting, and a torn muscle, tendon, or ligament is rare without a real fall or blow. Months or years in, the right plan still tends to work.
When it hurts to move your elbow →
There is a costly misconception that you should stop moving when it hurts, or when a scan shows arthritis or degeneration. This page explains what your pain is actually asking for.
What you did not know about pain →
Even a minor collision can leave aches and pain that surface days, weeks, or months later. Prompt assessment keeps a small problem from settling in for good.
Auto accident care →These usually arrive as a diagnosis on a report rather than a complaint in plain English. Each is covered inside the page it links to.

Classic chiropractic doesn’t address why your pain keeps happening: your physical behaviors. We combine hands-on care with movement coaching and rehab to address what is actually driving your pain, not just manage symptoms. You take an active role, not only to get better, but to keep it that way.

Massage feels great, but what if the pain and tension keep coming back? Goal-oriented bodywork and manual therapies create sustainable changes in pain, posture, and flexibility. We teach you how to cement the changes so old habits don’t undo the work.
Depending on your condition, we may use any combination of the following. Several are formal certifications rather than in-house names, so the technique logos are shown where they apply.

Joint restriction from posture, biomechanics, or injury is restored with motion-palpation based manipulation, or lighter mobilization when you prefer no “crack.”

You tell us what hurts, when it started, and what it stops you doing. Then we assess how the pain behaves across movements and positions, because that is what tells us where it is coming from.
We explain what we found in plain language, what we think is driving it, and whether we are the right people to help. Within a visit or two we usually know.
Hands-on care plus the movement work you do between visits. The goal is fewer visits over time, not a standing appointment forever.
If you have been frustrated with results and wonder whether this is just something you will have to live with, don’t lose hope. Our assessment process usually tells us within a visit or two whether we can help you directly. If we can’t, we’ll help you indirectly by referring you to the right provider. There is no obligation to begin treatment if we are not the right fit.
Call or text (734) 335-0212, or book online. We’ll lead you in the right direction.
Schedule consultation →That is normal, and it is not something you have to solve on your own before you call. Tell us what hurts and what it is stopping you from doing. We will point you at the right assessment, or at the right provider if that is not us.
We see patients from Plymouth, Canton, Livonia, Westland, Northville, Ann Arbor, Novi, Farmington, and South Lyon.
